If you are interested in making your day extra special why not choose one of our wonderful churches to host your unique ceremony? In particular the church of St. James, Kingscliff is very popular for weddings as it is metres from the beach and a short distance from a number of potential reception venues.

If you do desire to hold your wedding ceremony with us you will need to contact the church office to receive an information package and to book your special day (preferably 6-12 months in advance). Please note that some times of the year are busier than others and the earlier you book your day the better are your chances at securing the date.

Hi Eron

We just wanted to quickly say before the honeymoon a big thank you for the wedding ceremony. It was beautiful and we loved every second. We went to say thank you afterwards but got caught up in the rush of it all! We’ll send a little something down when we return from honeymoon.

My wedding ceremony at St James By the Sea was a beautiful experience for Dave and I and I think every single guest commented on how special it was. They mentioned the beauty of the church and it’s location, and were all impressed with Reverend Eron Perry’s entertaining personality.

Dave and I really enjoyed our preparation course for marriage. Reverend Perry was very caring and understanding at our meetings and although we thought we knew each other well, Dave and I still had a lot to learn . . . and we still do! The course has helped us to be extra considerate of each other’s vulnerable sides.

We found the pre wedding preparation course with Rev. Eron Perry so beneficial. Not only did we discuss preparing ourselves for life’s most important union, we also explored our thoughts about our spirituality in a completely encouraging and non judgmental environment. We got to know Rev. Perry on a personal basis which meant our wedding day was even more special having someone we felt who knew us, marry us. The ceremony was beautiful and had personal elements that were so touching and absolutely made our wedding day the best day of our lives. We want to thank Rev Eron Perry and the Anglican Parish of Kingscliff for making our marriage so special.

What a magical day our wedding was, and could not have imagined anything else. Josh and I thoroughly enjoyed and meetings before the wedding day with the reverend and made our day as perfect as we wanted it to be. Things were made so much easier with just a quick email or phone call, all our questions were answered. Our ceremony was amazing with the church. With Eron waiting for me when I arrived at the church it gave me tears (of joy). The whole proceedings of the wedding were amazing and we really enjoyed our day and getting married at St James. It will be something that will always stay with us in our years to come. Such a beautiful church and such beautiful people.
