Experience life giving hope, love and faith

Our Churches

Currently, we operate out of two centres in the parish: St James, Kingscliff and St Mark’s Pottsville. Here we are preserving the beauty of traditional Anglican worship (with appropriate tweaking) but at the same time, we are exploring new connecting points with the younger generations to enable all to experience what will bring life giving hope, love and faith.

The Churches are well located for weddings and we welcome those seeking baptism.

Activities

Our community exists to help people strengthen and live out their faith in a practical and life affirming way. This happens with a number of different approaches. We attempt to engage people with individual, family and community activities that help build the social fabric our church community and the wider communities that we live in.

Baptism

We in the Anglican Parish Of Kingscliff [APOK] believe that baptism is instituted by Christ and is essentially a free gift of God, linking the baptised person with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
